This water park has an expansive kids’ pool complete with two large slides—one 30-foot-high enclosed slide and a 20-foot high-slide. Making this center great if you have older kids.

Open to the entire community, they have an impressive array of aquatic programs and classes designed for all ages and skill levels.

This is the only Rec Center with a resident naturalist, offering a wide array of science and nature programs. They’re adjacent to hundreds of acres of parkland, providing a great opportunity for natural and cultural resources education.

Recenter is an ideal place to hold your next birthday party. To check availability or make a reservation contact the Rental Coordinator on their website. One of their packages includes one hour use of the birthday party room plus pool admission for 12 guests.

4. North Arundel Aquatic Center

This swimming center features an 8-lane competition pool and a leisure pool with a children’s water park.

Just a short drive from the Club Run will bring you to North Arundel Aquatic Center.

Along with a competition and leisure pool, this aquatic center boasts a 134-foot waterslide, waterfalls, tipping buckets, a pre-school sized water slide and a poolside spa for adults to relax in while the kids play.

This center offers programs for kids and families. Experiment with art materials while developing your creativity, try a dance class or learn what it takes to get the black belt. 

Learn how to ice-skate. The ice rink is located in front of the Visitor Center and offers a pleasant and safe
environment to enjoy ice skating outdoors.

Things to know before going to North Arundel

Your admission will get you a two-hour session at the water park but they sell out quick, so it’s recommended you plan ahead and buy in advance. 

It’s open seven days a week, with limited water feature hours and daily timed swim sessions.

To ride the yellow slide you must be 48″ tall. To ride the red slide you have to be under 48″ tall.
